Course Design Considerations Lesson 1 – Getting started quickly and easily with textbook style courses

The easiest, fastest and most economical way to get an educational program up and running is to have a written materials layout out like a textbook. The content should be divided into logical lessons and further subdivided into topics. A quiz should be added to each topic to check the student’s comprehension and highlight key points. Additional quizzes should be added at the lesson and course levels to test for course review and comprehension level.

Quizzes ensure are a great way to get the students to interact with their studies, test their comprehension and to learn some finer differences of key points. Quizzes help instructors track each student’s rate of progress and comprehension level.
